Terms of Use

Welcome to Cen10. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and ZiroLabs LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as ZiroLabs AI ("ZiroLabs," "we," "us," or "our"), the maker of Cen10 ("Cen10," "the app," or "the Service"). Cen10 is a product of ZiroLabs LLC and is not a separate legal entity. Cen10 is a consumer app that reads the health data you choose to connect and helps you understand it. It is a tool for information and education — it is not a doctor, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for professional medical care. Please read these Terms carefully. By downloading, accessing, or using Cen10, you agree to them. These Terms include an important medical disclaimer (Section 3), a limitation of liability (Section 15), and — where applicable — an agreement to resolve disputes through binding individual arbitration and to waive class actions and jury trials, which you can opt out of within 30 days (Section 19). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance & Eligibility

By creating an account or otherwise using Cen10, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference.

Cen10 is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18, that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and that you are not barred from using the Service under the laws of your jurisdiction. The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you are using Cen10 on behalf of another person, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

If you do not meet these requirements, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Cen10 helps you make sense of health data you already have. With your permission, the app reads data from sources you choose to connect — for example, Apple Health / HealthKit, wearables such as Apple Watch, and lab results, biomarkers, family history, and notes that you enter yourself. Using that data, Cen10 computes scores across 14 body systems along with longevity indicators, and offers an AI "concierge" that explains your results in plain language and suggests general actions you might consider.

Cen10 is designed to be on-device-first, to minimize the data it handles, and to encrypt data in transit when data must leave your device. The scores, indicators, and explanations Cen10 provides are informational and educational estimates generated by software. They are not medical findings, and they are only as reliable as the data you connect or enter. We may add, change, or discontinue features of the Service at any time.

3. Important Medical Disclaimer

Please read this section carefully. It is central to your use of Cen10.

Cen10 is not a medical device. It is not intended or authorized to diagnose, cure, mitigate, prevent, or treat any disease or health condition.
Cen10 does not provide medical advice. The scores, indicators, explanations, and suggestions it produces are for general informational and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for the advice, diagnosis, or treatment of a qualified healthcare professional.
No diagnosis or treatment. Nothing in the Service should be interpreted as a diagnosis of any condition or as a recommendation for any specific treatment, medication, supplement, test, or course of action.
No doctor-patient relationship. Using Cen10 does not create a doctor-patient, clinician-patient, or any other professional-care relationship between you and ZiroLabs, and ZiroLabs does not practice medicine.
Not a substitute for professional care. Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified healthcare provider with any questions you have about a medical condition, your health data, or any decision that may affect your health. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read or saw in Cen10.
In an emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not rely on Cen10 in any situation that may be urgent or life-threatening.

Any action you take based on the Service is at your own risk.

4. What Cen10 Is Not

Cen10 works differently from many longevity and testing companies. To be clear about what the Service does not do:

Cen10 does not draw blood or collect any physical specimen.
Cen10 does not order, perform, or interpret laboratory tests and does not operate a laboratory.
Cen10 does not employ or provide clinicians, and it does not operate a physician network.
Cen10 does not provide telehealth, remote consultations, or any other form of clinical care.

Instead, Cen10 analyzes data you already have and choose to connect or enter. Because of this, you are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legitimacy of the data you enter or connect. If the underlying data is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, the scores, indicators, and explanations Cen10 produces may be inaccurate or misleading. Cen10 cannot verify the source or correctness of your data.

5. AI Concierge Terms

The AI concierge is an automated feature that uses artificial intelligence to explain your results and suggest general actions. Like all generative AI, it can be wrong. Its outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or not appropriate for your particular situation, and they may occasionally produce information that sounds confident but is mistaken.

The AI concierge is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and you must not rely on it as a source of medical guidance. You are responsible for evaluating its outputs and for any decisions you make. Always confirm important health matters with a qualified healthcare professional. The disclaimers in Sections 3, 4, and 14 apply fully to the AI concierge.

6. Accounts & Security

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any device-level authentication you use, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Notify us promptly at legal@cen10.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials or device. You may not share your account, and you may not use anyone else's account without permission.

7. Your Data & the Permissions You Grant

You own your data. The health data, lab results, biomarkers, family history, notes, and other content you connect or enter ("Your Data") remain yours. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Your Data to us.

To operate the Service, we need your permission to use Your Data. You grant ZiroLabs a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to access, process, store, transmit, and display Your Data solely as necessary to provide and operate the Service for you — for example, to compute your scores, generate explanations through the AI concierge, and show you your results. This license is limited to what is reasonably needed to deliver the features you request. It does not permit us to sell Your Data or to use it for advertising or marketing, and our handling of Your Data is further described in our Privacy Policy.

You stay in control. You can disconnect any connected data source at any time, and you can delete Your Data or your account, in each case as described in the app and in our Privacy Policy. Disconnecting a source or deleting data may limit or disable certain features, and some records may be retained where required by law or as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Apple HealthKit Terms

If you connect Apple Health / HealthKit, the following applies to data Cen10 obtains through HealthKit:

HealthKit data is used only to provide the health features you request within Cen10.
HealthKit data is never used for advertising, marketing, or data-mining, and is never used for any purpose other than health management or research to which you have expressly consented.
HealthKit data is never sold to anyone.
HealthKit data is never disclosed to third parties without your permission.

You may revoke Cen10's access to HealthKit at any time through your device's Health settings. Your use of HealthKit is also subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.

9. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use Cen10 only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation, or that infringes the rights of others;
upload or enter data that you do not have the right to use, or that belongs to another person without their authorization;
rely on the Service for medical, diagnostic, emergency, or treatment decisions;
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the app, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law;
copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Service;
interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, our systems, or other users' accounts or data;
use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Service, or attempt to circumvent security or usage limits;
introduce malware or other harmful code; or
use the Service to build or train a competing product, or to develop a machine-learning model, without our written permission.

We may investigate and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating your access, for any violation of this section.

10. Subscriptions & Billing

Some features of Cen10 may require a paid subscription. If offered, subscriptions are sold as in-app purchases through the Apple App Store, and payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Managing and canceling. You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in the Subscriptions settings of your App Store account. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store's terms and policies. We generally do not process refunds directly; refund requests must be made through Apple.
Price changes. We may change subscription prices. Changes apply to future billing periods and, where required, will be communicated to you in advance with an opportunity to cancel.

Any free trial, if offered, converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service — including the Cen10 and ZiroLabs names and logos, the app and its software, the scoring methods and models, the user interface, text, graphics, and all related intellectual property — is owned by ZiroLabs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use one copy of the Cen10 app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any right to the Service's underlying code, models, or intellectual property except as necessary to use the app as intended.

12. Third-Party Services

Cen10 works with third-party services and devices that you choose to use — including Apple and the App Store, wearable makers (such as Apple), and the labs, clinics, and providers that generate the results you enter or connect. These third parties are independent of ZiroLabs. We do not control them, are not responsible for their products, services, data accuracy, availability, or practices, and we do not endorse them. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party's own terms and privacy policies, and any dispute you have with a third party is between you and them.

13. Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or other feedback about the Service, you grant ZiroLabs a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate that feedback for any purpose, without any obligation or compensation to you. Feedback is provided voluntarily, and we are free to use it without restriction.

14. Disclaimers of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZiroLabs disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, and non-infringement.

Without limiting the above, we do not warrant that any score, indicator, explanation, or other insight the Service provides is accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for any purpose, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Any material you access through the Service is used at your own discretion and risk. No advice or information you obtain from the Service creates any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZiroLabs and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event will ZiroLabs' total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms exceed the greater of (a) the total amounts you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the liability, or (b) $100.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory on which a claim is based and form an essential basis of the bargain between you and us. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZiroLabs and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) Your Data or content you connect or enter, including any claim that it infringes or violates the rights of a third party; (c) your violation of these Terms or of any applicable law; or (d) your violation of the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with us.

17. Termination & Suspension

You may stop using Cen10 at any time and may delete your account as described in the app. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason — including if we believe you have violated these Terms, to protect the Service or other users, or to comply with law. We may also discontinue the Service or any feature.

Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 3, 4, 7 (ownership), 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 19, 20, and 23 — will survive. Deletion of Your Data upon termination is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

18. Export & Sanctions Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export control and economic sanctions laws and regulations, including those of the United States. You represent that you are not located in, and are not a national or resident of, any country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, and that you are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You may not use or export the Service in violation of any applicable export or sanctions law.

19. Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights.

Informal resolution first. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at legal@cen10.ai and give us at least 30 days to resolve the dispute informally.

Binding individual arbitration. Except as noted below, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules, with the arbitration seated in Texas, rather than in court. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

Class-action and jury-trial waiver. You and ZiroLabs agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. You and ZiroLabs waive any right to a jury trial. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims or preside over any form of class proceeding.

30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to legal@cen10.ai within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your name and the account or email associated with your use of the Service. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in court under Section 20, and the rest of these Terms will still apply.

Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect its intellectual property or confidential information. Nothing here waives any right you cannot waive under applicable law.

20. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. To the extent a dispute is not subject to arbitration and is not required to proceed in small-claims court, you and ZiroLabs agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where changes are material, provide additional notice through the app or by other reasonable means. Changes take effect when posted unless stated otherwise. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the Service.

22. Apple App Store Terms

The following additional terms apply because you obtain Cen10 through the Apple App Store. In case of conflict with the rest of these Terms, this section controls for the specific subjects it addresses:

Apple is not a party. These Terms are between you and ZiroLabs only, not with Apple. ZiroLabs, not Apple, is solely responsible for Cen10 and its content.
Scope of license. The license granted to you for Cen10 is limited to a non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store's Usage Rules, except that Cen10 may be accessed by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing where applicable.
Maintenance and support. ZiroLabs, not Apple, is solely responsible for any maintenance and support for Cen10. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services.
Warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation with respect to Cen10. If Cen10 fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligations, and any other claims are ZiroLabs' responsibility.
Product claims. ZiroLabs, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to Cen10, including product-liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and claims under consumer-protection or similar laws, to the extent not attributable to Apple.
Intellectual property. In the event of any third-party claim that Cen10 or your use of it infringes that party's intellectual property rights, ZiroLabs, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
Legal compliance. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting," and that you are not on any U.S. Government restricted-party list.
Third-party beneficiary. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance Apple has the right (and is deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
App Store terms. You agree to comply with the applicable Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and App Store Usage Rules when using Cen10.

23. Miscellaneous

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms you agree to, are the entire agreement between you and ZiroLabs regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements on that subject.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. Any waiver must be in writing to be effective.
Notices. We may provide notices to you through the app, by email to the address associated with your account, or by other reasonable means. You may send notices to us at legal@cen10.ai.
Force majeure. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Relationship. These Terms do not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and ZiroLabs.
