An iPhone and Apple Health. An Apple Watch adds continuous vitals and makes the picture richer, but it is not required to get started.

With your permission, Cen10 reads the signals your Apple Watch and iPhone already capture, including heart rate, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, blood oxygen, respiratory rate, sleep, workouts and daily movement, among others. Nothing is read without your consent.

No. A great deal of signal comes from iPhone alone. An Apple Watch simply adds more continuous, around-the-clock data if you have one.

When you first open Cen10 it asks permission to read specific Health data types. You choose exactly what to share, and you can change those permissions anytime in the iOS Health app under Sharing.

Cen10 starts on Apple because that is where the richest, most trusted health data already lives. It is the first platform we support, not necessarily the last.

Yes. You can bring in your labs and bloodwork, or snap a photo of a report and Cen10 reads it and files it for you, then reads it against your daily signals so a number on a page becomes part of the bigger picture.

Cen10 tracks a broad panel of lab and blood biomarkers, including ApoB, HbA1c, ferritin, thyroid markers, CRP and many more. Each one gets its own trend line and detail page so you can watch it change over time.

It is a single score from 0 to 100 that rolls up the health of your fourteen body systems, so you can see where you stand at a glance and, more importantly, what to move next.

Cardiovascular, respiratory, metabolic, endocrine, immune and inflammation, digestive, urological, musculoskeletal, activity and workload, sleep, neurological, mental health, preventive and environmental. Each is scored from your own data.

Cen10 estimates your biological age from your data, alongside established longevity markers such as Life's Essential 8, so you can see how your body is tracking beyond your birthday.
